Particularly for start-ups or companies entering a new sector in Europe we can help you shortlist the best candidates using our combination of presentation and interview – we ask candidates to prepare a C-level presentation, typically on your product / service or similar, and deliver this to us as part of the interview, as if we were the customer. We combine this with STAR based behavioural interview questions. Together with your chosen recruitment agency we use this to shortlist the candidates with the right knowledge, skills and critically communication style to be able to sell our product or service.
Train
Our specialism is training salespeople, and others in your organisation who are part of winning new business, how to win the hearts and minds of C-level decision makers.
Often this is combined with our Presentation and Demonstration creation service. Where we create a bespoke program delivers a winning customer workshop in the form of presentation and demonstration. The training focusses on how all the presenters and demonstrators work together to communicate your value proposition in a way that C-Level decision makes can see the business benefits and are excited by what they see, hear, and feel.
Typically, this involves bringing in a C-level person from your target market as part of the team, they will help refine the messaging and give constructive feedback as the course participants practice their communications, presentations and demonstrations.

Sales Kick-off Conference
A great sales kick-off event is a great way to both educate and motivate your sales team. We have extensive experience organising great sales conferences at companies such as Cisco and Synamedia. Our most recent sales conference scored an impressive 4.6 out of 5.
Services here include helping you plan the event including agenda, venue, speaker briefings and when required on site help including MCing the event. Typically, we work with your own events team and events organising company, but we can bring in a company from our own network if required.
